My wife and I are Chinese from Malaysia. We speak English, Chinese and many other Chinese dialects.
We are retirees and all our children are grown up not staying with us. We have a little friendly Yorkshire Terrier, Bobby staying with us.
We have a 2400 sq.ft 2 storey 5 bedrooms house, it is a waste just for two of us to stay in such a big house, so we decided to rent it out to the international students as a homestay and at the same time to keep us accompanied and to make friends with the international students. Many years ago, we looked after 2 students from Brunei, we treated them just like our children.
We have had visited many countries over the past years,, such as China, Singapore, Malaysia, HongKong, Australia, Macau, Thailand, Japan, Switzerland, Denmark, Poland, Russia, Norway, Sweden, France, United Kingdom and the USA.
My wife and I, we like walking and do some shopping and take our little dog for a trip to the park.
Our house rules, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no partying, no drug, keep the place neat tidy and clean at all times.

Our price of $850 per month includes fully bedroom with internet and 3 meals a day Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday not included but negotiable.
$800 per month includes a fully furnished bedroom with internet and Breakfast and Dinner Monday to Friday, Weekend optional.
$650per month includes a fully furnished bedroom with the internet. No meals.

Price for upstairs fully furnished bedroom with the internet, furnished private living room and bathroom.
$1050 per month includes 3 meals from Monday to Friday. Weekend optional and negotiable.
$1000 per month includes 2 meals, breakfast and dinner, Monday to Friday. Weekend optional and negotiable.
$ 900per month. No meals.
