Welcome! We are excited to offer our home for the first time.

We have three large bedrooms in the basement with a shared bathroom, each hosts a queen sized bed. There is a small kitchenette and a full sized fridge as well as a small but cozy media room, equipped with a large screen TV. We offer exceptional WIFI as well as access to hundreds of channels including multicultural. There is also plenty of board games and books.


We are offering breakfast and dinner in the price. If you are not wanting meals we can offer rooms at $500 per month.

We are walking distance to a great mall. There is easy access to many buses and the LRT system, making commuting simple almost anywhere in the city.


We are a younger couple who are housing two family members who will be attending school here once they move from Winnipeg. They are both very excited to join us and our three small dogs, who are friendly and love attention.

We spend our free time enjoying the outdoors. We love to camp, bike, host bonfires and garden. We are both very friendly and are hoping you will join our family, even if it is just for a short stay. Looking forward to welcoming all cultures into our home.
