I am a school teacher and my husband is in counselling!
Our 2 children are done with university and working and dont live at home!
3 Bedrooms are located on
1 bedroom on the 2 nd floor, share a bathroom with one person
1 bedroom on 3 rd floor with bathroom wi
2 bed rooms in the basement with kitchen and it’s own laundry and shared bathroom
Our home is 4 level split!
At the moment there are 3 living upstairs and
the basement is vacant ( is available Now)

We prefer to place student in homestay which keep one gender)
I have one student from Vietnam ( girl) grade 12
She is here until June! I usually take two students.
7 Do you have any pet?
No
8 Our minimum stay is usually 3 months, when our agreement is expired, if you and our student feel good with each other, you can continue it by yourselves, is that ok for you
Sure! The whole school year arrangement is preferable but , I will certainly consider the 3 months with the option to extend!
9. Does your house belong to Ainlay school district?
