We’re offering stunning main floor of the house for rent in West Edmonton community of West Meadowlark. At over 1,100 sq feet, this immaculate family home is perfectly located for those families with kids, workers, new immigrants, and students since everything is accessible; West Edmonton Mall, Misericordia Hospital, Capital Care Lynwood, Villa Caritas, bus depot, schools, grocery stores, and public transportation are just steps away. This house features 9 feet ceiling, open concept , Living room, Dinning room and Kitchen area with washer and drier on the main floor. The lovely master’s bedroom has gorgeous ensuite, 2 additional bedrooms give lots of space. Basement has separate entrance with its own kitchen, living room and dinning room, full bath, washer and dryer and is occupied right now.
