You will be lived with our family. No student(s) will be lived alone !

To ensure quality stay, we ONLY host 2 students at once ! (This is not a motel , nor a hotel).
This is a no drug(cannabis), no pet, no party no alcohol no smoking home. We do not have little children. It is a best quiet environment for students.
For parent, you will be assure best homestay for your child.

We are a family of four (2 boys at high school), with nearby amenities (arena,gym,library,walking distance to stores, fast food restaurants etc)
There is a playground nearby & walking distance to ponds, with biking/jogging area.

The location of our place is that it takes barely 5 minutes commute time to Clareview LRT /bus and train transit .
You can take bus to Clareview LRT/Train transit, and to your University.

Most of my students are from University of Alberta, Queen Elizabeth high school, and MacEwan University.

We also assist students for school-related activities such as registration, pre-assessment test, bus pass etc without any extra charge.
We do provide Custodianship and I can communicate in Chinese mandarin, Cantonese, English.

The nearest high schools are M.E Lazerte and Queens Elizebeth high school.
The direct bus# 181 School Special to above mentioned schools BUT there are plenty of buses at Clareview transit, bus come every 10-12 minutes.

All students bedrooms for rent are specifically designed for comfort and with a large window, good ventilation., fire alarm.
It is located in the 1500 Sq feet lower floor with heat run on floor, we have very warm semi basement.
Very quiet environment as we promised always.
The bedroom is very large (12x12 or 15x16) for student
Our fee is $900 Canadian dollar) which includes 3 meal .
-3 meal/day, home-cooked meal and enjoy quality dinner time with my family !
-New, well-furnished bedrooms with a large window
-Double size bed with mattress (about 75 in. x 54 in. x 14 in.)
-Office table, chair, closet , table lamp
-WIFI internet (Unlimited WIFI access! This is very important for student)
-Laundry + detergent + softener
-Shared washrooms
-Centralized air filter, water filter
-Fire & carbon monoxide alarms, 2 fire extinguishers (your safety is our concerned)
-No pet, no party, none smoking, no drug
-Heat ran beside your bed, warm basement
-Airport pickup, custodianship can be arranged with fees, condition with at least one year of stay.
This is not a motel or hotel, we do limit number of students under my care !
